✨ Returns & Store Credit (In-Store Purchases)

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed & in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• No stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Proof of purchase is required

💻 Online Returns

We accept online returns for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return:

• Email us at heybabe@shopbloomingbeautifully.com with your order number & reason for return
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions

Return requirements:

• Items must be postmarked within 14 days of your purchase date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed & in original condition with tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received, please allow 24–48 hours for your store credit or exchange to be processed.

💳 Refunds

• All returns are issued as store credit only
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Holiday & seasonal pieces

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and in new condition.

Need a different size or item? We’ve got you!

• Exchanges are based on availability
• If your item is sold out, you’ll receive store credit

📦 Order Changes & Cancellations

We get it—sometimes plans change! 💕

• Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel
• We’ll do our best to help if your order has not been processed yet

Once your order has been picked, packed, or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

At that point, eligible items may be returned for store credit following our return policy:

• Items must be returned within the 14-day return window
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

A few important notes:

• Returns must be approved before being sent back—items sent without approval will not be accepted
• Returns sent after the 14-day window will not be processed, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if items are sent back
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages
• Blooming Beautifully is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during delivery, but we’re always happy to help guide you in filing a claim with the carrier
